Cassidy Paris at DreadnoughtRock — gig recap
A huge thanks to Rockfiend Publications Scotland for the original coverage of this show. This post is an original recap, with full credit and links to the Rockfiend reviews below.

Last Saturday, DreadnoughtRock welcomed Cassidy Paris back to Bathgate for a night of modern melodic rock with a classic edge — big choruses, big vocals, and a crowd right with her from the first note.
Cassidy’s set leaned into the momentum around her recent releases, mixing fan favourites with newer material and keeping the energy high throughout. The band were tight, the hooks landed, and the room felt like it was singing along by the mid-point.
One of the highlights of the night was the sense of comeback and confidence — the kind of performance that feels like a statement: we’re here, we’re moving forward, and we’re doing it loud.
Support: Fireheart
Kicking the night off, Fireheart brought exactly what you want from an opening slot at the Dread — pace, heart, and a set built for getting the room warmed up fast. They hit hard, kept it melodic, and set the tone for the night.
If you caught them for the first time, keep an eye out — there’s clearly more to come, and the crowd response showed it.

IF you missed the show - you missed something quite special and may never be repeated.
Some who had a ticket couldn't attend through last minute work and illness. We were sad to hear of this especially making the effort to come by getting a ticket. Stay tuned as we may have the show in the archive's soon.
