LOST PROPERTY : 

If you think you have left something behind after a night with us please complete the form with as many details about your item and we will get back to you asap. 

PARKING : 

There is ample FREE parking across from the venue on King Street also the main Acredale Car Park only a few minutes walk away from the venue easily located on Google Maps. All surrounding street parking is also free but please be considerate to residents. 

TRAIN STATION : 

The Train station is only 8 mins walk away.

Please refer to the Scotrail timetable for train times but approx 11.15pm is last train East or West. 

DRESS CODE : 

Yes we have a dress code but it's fairly basic.

Smart / Casual / Jeans / Trainers / TShirts / Demin etc

  • No Football Club shirts or associated tops. 

  • No Sports/Gym wear ie : track suits/bottoms, shorts (dress shorts are fine) or associated sports wear please.

  • No just from the building site look please. â€‹

 

Doorstaff and Management have right to refuse entry on any these points. 

TAXIS : 

There is a Taxi Rank right across from the venue however due to the dwindling numbers of taxi's allowed to enter the rank (approx 50 for the full of West Lothian) the chances of a taxi to take you home can be variable so would recommend BOOKING in advance where possible or download one of many apps available. 

  • What time is the band on ?
    Approx stage times for the band(s) are all listed and noted in the event info page where you bought at ticket and website event guides.
  • When is the last entry to the Nightclub ?
    We have a 1am curfew with a discretionary 30min extension. Please aim to be in by 1am. Please note - NO entry after 1.30am not even a minute later as its a legal requirement.
  • Can I stay on after the Live Show and head upstairs to the Nightclub ?
    You certainly can and at no additional cost to you. You are welcome to stay on the live level too which acts as a lounge area after the live show wraps up too.
  • When can I get into the Nightclub as I'm not coming to a Live Show ?
    The Nightclub opens at 10pm regardless of what's on the live level and normal nightclub entry costs apply. Please Note - The nightclub doesn't fire up until the live show wraps up at approx 11pm but you are welcome to sit and listen to the live show downstairs while enjoying a drink from the bar.
  • What is the minimum age for entry ?
    ALL events and Nightclub entry is 18+ only.
  • How do I add a new question & answer?
    To add a new FAQ follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Add a new question & answer 3. Assign your FAQ to a category 4. Save and publish. You can always come back and edit your FAQs.
  • How do I edit or remove the 'Frequently Asked Questions' title?
    You can edit the title from the FAQ 'Settings' tab in the Editor. To remove the title from your mobile app go to the 'Site & App' tab in your Owner's app and customize.
  • Can I insert an image, video, or GIF in my FAQ?
    Yes. To add media follow these steps: 1. Manage FAQs from your site dashboard or in the Editor 2. Create a new FAQ or edit an existing one 3. From the answer text box click on the video, image or GIF icon 4. Add media from your library and save.
