It didn't take long for the jungle drums to beat completely out of tune.

Just proves folk only see or hear what they want to NOT actually the message being sent.

After a series of posts, news articles and reminders on the need for buying advance tickets and the consequences that brings by not doing it soon enough, the same situation a lot of venues up and down the Uk are also feeling along with bands making logistics, planning etc near impossible st times, it seem to have got along the grapevine that suddenly we are closing down.

NEWS TO ME, but tend to hear now and again it mainly from folk that are never in to know what we do, barred or occasionally those really shit at math where 2+1 is 21.

The well seen guy on his knees Ai post/image that alot lost their shit over being Ai (which only half was tbh and only because the tools at my disposal couldn't do it all in the time frame I had which is a "thing" running a business pretty much with me and my hologram - that's not Ai, he's real) rather then the message being portrayed which was simply in the good old days many bought their tickets early, that early that no tickets would be left on the door on the night on alot of nights.

The guy was despondent at not getting in.

Changed days in last wee while when it's us on our knees pleading you to get tickets in advance and not you pleading us for any spare tickets.

Thankfully a lot got it and apologies to those who did that I'm having to explain it.

Not to upset the Ai spotters I took it off facebook basically as I got fed up deleting posts that had nothing to do with the message which went completely off on a tangent to the moon. Seem a wee bit more tolerant on Insta so left it there for now.

BUT, where in the name of the wee man and the holy donkey did it say, mention or intimate we are on our knees business wise to a point we are closing.

Let me answer that so you don't strain yourself - no where.

A lesson learned though that I'll not use misleading images in the future.

Hopefully you don't look too foolish that we'll be open this weekend, and next, and next as we close in on to 55 years of rocking in 2027 with a stacked schedule to the end of the year and plans underway for many more shows next year.

I could tell you where to go but like most things will only get twisted into something else possibly that I'm pregnant with twins by Elvis by the time it gets round the doors.

So simply, I'll ask to look or read what's written, preferably properly which I appreciate might not be as juicy, gossip worthy or listening to a lot of drunken babel from someone who knows absolutely fekk all about fekk all at the best of times, let alone what we are doing.

Let me worry about that stuff as I've a feeling it'll just give you a sore heid.
